Keeping it simple
Our fee structures are simple and uncomplicated, as a service-based business we charge for time spent working for our customers on either a "time and materials" basis or for larger pieces of work, projects and consultation engagements at a "fixed price".
PHONE, EMAIL AND REMOTE SUPPORT
Minimum charge of 15 minutes and in 15 minute increments thereafter.
ONSITE CALL OUT FEE AND TRAVEL COSTS
Minimum call out fee is charged at 1/2 hour + travel time (travel time is calculated at 50% of our normal support hourly rates)
SUPPORT AND ENGINEERING FEES
General ad-hoc support of your technology platforms is charged at $110/hr in 15 minute increments.
Charged at $135/hr unless a "fixed price" quote or project price has been previously agreed in writing,
MANAGED SERVICES FEES
These are customised on a per client basis and charged monthly as they are calculated dependent on the size and complexity of your environment.
Managed Service clients benefit from the following discounts on the standard fees as follows:
Onsite call out fees are waived, travel time is calculated at 50% of our managed support fees
Support charged at $95/hr
Consulting charged at $110/hr
Our invoice terms are scheduled on a 21 day payment from work completion. Please advise us if you wish to modify the invoicing schedule prior to work commencing.
