SUPPORT & MAINTENANCE CONTRACT
Design and implementation contract to deliver new digital platforms (email, storage, intranet, network and phone) to a large Otago based tourism provider as it changed ownership and fully replaced its Technology stack.
For a small chain of coffee shops based in Canterbury, the brief was to replace their back-office infrastructure, streamline and protect their data storage and resolve hardware reliability issues.
In addition, day-to-day support was provided over a 3 year support agreement.
A Canterbury based Finance company engaged with us to manage their infrastructure environment and provide on-call support when required.
